Social and creative meet-ups bringing adults with learning disabilities together in their local community.
Over 5 weeks we will use special paper, objects and sunlight to create blue and white ‘sun pictures’ called cyanotypes – it is one of the oldest photographic processes and does not use a camera.
Together we will use sunlight, light-sensitive paper and water to make beautiful prints. We will explore different techniques such as using natural plants or found objects, ‘double exposure’ to create layered prints, printing your own drawing and even darkening your prints using tea!
